Who we are
We are a passionate and caring team of advocates who are focused mainly on the needs of our clients from companionship to the more complex needs of an individual’s personal care, including live-in domiciliary care. We make sure that our clients will only receive the optimum level of care from our team of reliable, well-trained, friendly, and trustworthy CNCs.
Why did we set up Carinyo Care?
- The shortage of suitably qualified and experienced CNCs.
- With a lack of continuity, CNCs often leave after short periods, mainly due to pay.
- The ever-growing need for CNCs
- Not enough thought went into matching the needs and wants of clients with those of professional CNCs.
- Most existing agencies fail to adequately look after their CNCs.
- And the last reason – cost. Existing fees charged do not appropriately reflect the standard of service provided.
